At 7 Stars Tools, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility (Conditions)

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 29 days of delivery.
  • Items that are used, missing parts, or damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

2. Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact our support team first. We will guide you through the correct return procedure.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will approve or reject the return based on the conditions above.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via CASH & bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items and follow the same return conditions.
  • Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence or misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging/accessories
