Refund and Returns Policy

The exchange and return policy is subject to the executive regulations of Law No. 2014/39 on Consumer Protection:

  • The product can be exchanged, returned or availed of warranty services provided that the original invoice is present.
  • The customer has the right to exchange the product or return it and get a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The merchandise must be in the same condition it was in when purchased, suitable for resale and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The customer acknowledges that he has not used the product in any way.
  • The nature of the product is listed under the products that can be returned or refunded.
  • Gifts given to the customer when the product to be returned must be purchased in a sealed package with complete accessories.
  • Products shall be returned if there is a defect or malfunction in them, or if they do not conform to the specifications approved in the State of Kuwait.
  • In the event that replacement is not possible, the product will be returned, and the seller is obligated to refund its price according to the value stated on the sales invoice, and in the same method used to purchase it.
  • The customer has the right to exchange or return when the conditions stipulated in this law are met, even if the goods were purchased during the discounts (discounts) licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. 

The consumer cannot return or exchange the goods in the following cases:

  • If the consumer is aware of a defect or defect that already exists in the product at the time of purchase and before it is as is, or if the last item was shown in the store and this is mentioned in the invoice.
  • If the specifications or packaging of the goods prevent their replacement or return because this leads to damage or makes it impossible to return them to the original condition of purchase, and therefore impossible to resell.
  • In the event that the customer misuses, damages or improperly installs the goods.
  • If the product cannot be installed again, or if there are accessories or components missing with or without carton, or with torn packaging, which must be in the same condition in which the customer purchased them.
  • In the case of purchasing a personal care product (bedsheets, blankets, sheets, towels, mattresses, etc.) due to the nature of its use and for health reasons.
