1. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within Kuwait usually takes 1–3 business days.
  • For nearby areas, delivery may be completed within a few hours, subject to logistics availability.
  • Delivery time excludes order confirmation and package preparation.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fee: 2 KD per order.
  • Express / same-day delivery may include an additional service charge (only for eligible nearby areas).
  • Free shipping on orders of 200 KD or more.

4. Shipping Area / Coverage

  • We currently deliver across all regions of Kuwait only.

5. Same-Day / Express Delivery (Eligible Areas)

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for customers located in Kuwait City or Hawally, depending on distance and availability.
  • To qualify, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon).
  • Express delivery is subject to availability and may not be offered on Fridays or holidays.

6. Delivery Failure

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. Order Cancellation / Returns Before Delivery

  • If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is out for delivery.
  • Once the order has left our facility for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
